    ARE YOU A NEPOTISM BABY?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!+* UP, Jayda was relentlessly grilled by none other than ANDREW CLEVELAND aka MAD ACE (@madace.jpg). Andrew is a talented artist here in Atlanta with a lot to say... specifically in the mic part of Jayda's expensive setup in her home studio. Though they chatted about so much; from homophobe Lil Boosie to what it's like being an artist with ADHD, Andrew Cleveland is an elusive man that will likely have you all wanting to know more... That's because he successfully avoided answering any of Jayda's questions she had prepared for him! They also sat down with Andrew's former roommate WILL INGRAM (@landofthefreak) and the boys reminisced on their highly competitive musical commune in Athens, Georgia many, many, many, many years ago.     DOES TAYLOR SWIFT ADDRESS SLAVERY IN HER SONGS?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP!, Jayda wrangled WILL INGRAM (@landofthefreak) into her bedroom-- we mean... recording studio... for some last-minute New Year's Eve promo! On New Year's Eve at 12:30 AM, Jayda and Uncle Marty (@dadchic) will be hosting a house show, featuring MONSOON (@monsoonband). They will be also hosting a possum drop starting at 9 PM! The possum drop is what they will be doing to feature the famous New Year's Eve countdown! For entry, you have to bring either $5 or a donation for a local mutual aid donation center. You can check out Jayda's profile for more information on the event and what type of donations she will be accepting! Kari Bivens is a 35-year-old interior designer born in San Diego, but now residing in and terrorizing Atlanta, Georgia— one day at a time. Kari and Jayda sat down to talk about everything and nothing at the same time. What did they speak about you ask? Well, you shouldn’t have!     IS YOUR PARTNER STANKABUTT OR STANKAPITS?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP, Jayda interviewed one of her best friends, MORGAN (@disco__mom)! Morgan and Jayda met through Urban Outfitters back in 2019. Many who were employed there warned Morgan that she should avoid Jayda at all costs. She refused... and got locked into a friendship with the most unhinged woman known to man. The pair only made time for each other on the retail floor until they randomly bumped into each other in EAV. Since then, they have gotten closer and closer; strengthening a sisterly bond they both didn't know they needed. If you're brave enough, listen through an evening filled with boxed red wine and wine-pouring ASMR, Flat Iron's finest shrimp roll, and Khloe distractions! The girls had a long chat about their friendship and Morgan's past (and present) partners AND were lucky enough to have two cameos from FORREST (@thebigfignewton) and WILL (@landofthefreak)!  Every time they say, "we should cut this out," take a shot!     CIS MEN SHOULDN'T USE THERAPY FOR CLOUT?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP Jayda sat down with UX designer and illustrator MARTIN BROWN (@randy_narwhal). Martin and Jayda met this summer during Martin’s spicy summer “hoe phase” and soon after Martin realized Jayda’s… bizarre… personality was not a bit that everyone was in on except for him, they soon began a good friendship. Now Martin is Jayda’s once-a-week dog sitter; marking him as Khloe’s beloved “Uncle Marty.” After realizing men like Martin are not easy to find (he is in therapy), Jayda began to wonder where the personality that sets him apart from the rest started out.     HE LEFT THE DATE TO TAKE A 40 MINUTE SH*T?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP, Jayda sat down with someone who she sees as a big sister and friend to the world, on top of being someone who is insanely talented, intelligent, and adorably inquisitive. You know her and you can’t help but to love her: ALEXA REYNOLDS (@alexareyy). Coming into the city of Atlanta via the great state of Texas, Alexa shared pieces of her life she experienced specifically after graduating college and how she learned what it actually meant to be an adult in a world, she quickly learned, can be very fast-paced and unforgiving. Though her adult life started off a little rocky, Alexa is a production genius in the film industry— most notably having projects with Adult Swim under her belt. Finished with Adult Swim, Alexa now is a freelance production coordinator and Art coordinator. Alexa is also the loving partner of WILL INGRAM (@Landofthefreak). He sat down with Jayda and a beautifully smiling Alexa for the most uncomfortable interview he has ever had in his life! Hear Will put his economics background to good use and share his take on bearing children from an economic perspective and hear the girls chat about things from boring guys to how Alexa saved Jayda’s life in a bathroom at 529!     On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP! Jayda sat down with CAMILLA GRAYSON (_camikki) aka GTFU’S biggest fan.  Camilla is currently the marketing manager for the masquerade. She went to college at UGA, spent some time in New York after an impulsive move, then settled down in Atlanta, Georgia.  Working hard for the Masquerade and as the events coordinator for a local brewery, you can find Camilla always promoting the silliest dance parties and events— the idea of recording this episode came about at a Horror movie trivia night she was hosting.     YOUR PARENTS WOULD TAKE THINGS AWAY IF YOU PULLED YOUR EYELASHES?

    On this episode of GROW THE F!*+ UP, Jayda is joined by RACHEL ATHENS (@yungswisschard) to interview none other than ANNA GANTT (@annavgantt): model and Trichotillomania advocate. You may have seen Anna after a TikTok of hers went viral back in October of 2021. A tearful Anna recorded herself telling the story of a casting she had just come home from. In that casting, she was told she received the gig, but was urged to lose weight beforehand. Anna was told that they wanted to see her bones and that she could most certainly make that happen by December— approaching less than two months from that casting. As an only child, navigating an unconventional career at such a young age, Anna shares her journey with Jayda and Rachel in the most honest and heartfelt way; how she is taking on being a fiancée and the hardships that come with such a serious relationship, her challenges with trichotillomania and body image, and overcoming the standards her parents had of her that she could not align herself with. Due to technical difficulties, half of Rachel’s dialogue was erased leaving she and Jayda with the beginning of the audio being Rachel’s explanation of why men need lobotomies? Soon after Rachel left, ironically to go on a date, Jayda was joined by WILL INGRAM (@landofthefreak) and BRANDON. Brandon, Will, and Jayda discussed coffee making, Cops (the show), drugs, and more!     YOU WANTED TO BE A PREACHER?

    As the first recording of GROW THE F!*+ UP, it was kept simple and interviewed were Jayda’s roommates WILL INGRAM (@landofthefreak) and BOBBY COE (@bobscoe). Bobby, Will, and Jayda all come from a southern background; Bobby from Birmingham, Alabama, Will from Sandy Springs, Georgia, and Jayda from Warner Robins, Georgia. Through discussing about religion and birth order, they casually explored how these two things contributed to the shaping of their foundation. They also brought on ELLIE, another roommate, and she and Jayda introduced the idea of rekindling family relationships that will explored more another time! For now, enjoy them talking about mega churches, show choir, (briefly) Bobby’s missionary work, and Will becoming a… preacher?     Grow The F!*+ Up!

    Grow The F!*+ Up is a podcast hosted by me, Jayda, trying to get a little insight on "Growing up;" how you did it, how you're doing it, and what it means to you.  Founded in the early days of 2021, Grow The F!*+ Up came from many restless nights. I was consumed by so many thoughts: "where am I going wrong," "why did I say that," "I don't know what I should be doing..." I thought I was doing my best but, still I was told, "you need to GROW UP," "you're not doing it right," "you need to do this to get to that-- no exceptions." Then, I had the thought: "Why don't I take all of my questions, ask those in my life these questions, and hear how they would answer them?" In addition to that, I wanted to record those answers and share them in hopes that it could help someone out there that is just like me. I hope you can enjoy what my guests and I have to say. I want to hear from everyone; the LGBTQIA+ community, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, young or old parents, and whoever else can tell a story about how they had to navigate through life.
