  1. Being Blessed Even When Everything Around You Feels Like Hell

Being Blessed Even When Everything Around You Feels Like Hell

Episode Title: Being Blessed Even When Everything Around You Feels Like Hell Jordan recorded this one on hour 43.5 of a 72-hour fast, which says everything you need to know about his commitment to showing up even when it's hard. In this episode, Jordan opens up about navigating what he calls one of the most difficult seasons of his life, and shares the three things that have helped him not just survive it, but find genuine peace and clarity in the middle of the chaos. The Three P's: 1. People Close your eyes and think about who actually loves you, believes in you, and is rooting for you to win. Even one person changes everything. Surround yourself with people who tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. 2. Promises What has been spoken over you? What do you know to be true, even when circumstances say otherwise? Romans 8:28 doesn't say some things work together for good. It says all things. Lean into that. 3. Perspective A trusted friend gave Jordan a game-changing question: "What do you need just to survive for 30 days?" The number was smaller than expected, and the reframe was powerful. Surviving is winning in certain seasons. You don't have to have it all figured out. Just make it 30 more days. Bonus truth Jordan dropped on himself: You will never be younger or better looking than you are right now. Stop waiting for the perfect moment to post the content, record the episode, or make the move. Do it now. Jordan closes with a reminder: Don't lose hope that the right people are coming. Keep the faith, put yourself in the right positions, and stay open. It happened for Jordan when he least expected it. People, Promises, Perspective. You are more blessed than you realize. 2. When You Feel Behind in Life God Is Still Working | Encouragement for Hard Seasons

When You Feel Behind in Life God Is Still Working | Encouragement for Hard Seasons

When You Feel Behind in Life   Why God Isn’t Finished With You Yet   Have you ever looked around and felt like everyone else is moving faster than you If so, this episode of Grow Together with Jordan Sellers is going to speak straight to your heart.   We’re talking about a feeling almost every person struggles with but rarely admits the feeling of being behind.  Behind in life Behind in purpose Behind in relationships Behind in success Behind in who you imagined you’d be by now   And if that’s where you are today, take a breath. You are not behind. You’re human. And God is working in ways you cannot see yet.   What This Episode Covers In this conversation, I open up about the seasons in my own life where I battled this same feeling. Times when:   • I thought I had missed my moment  • I felt like God was quiet  • I watched everyone else succeed while I felt stuck  • I replayed “what I should have done” instead of trusting God’s timing  • Social media made my slow season feel like failure    If you’ve been there, you are in good company.   Here’s what you’ll hear in this episode:  • Why comparison is one of the biggest thieves of joy  • How false timelines distort your understanding of progress  • Why “behind” is an emotion, not a biblical reality  • How God protects and redirects you without you realizing it  • What lies we believe about ourselves when life feels slow  • How to stay encouraged when the results aren’t showing up yet  • Why your slow season is not a setback but a shaping season  Scriptures We Walk Through Together:   Psalm 37 verse 23  “The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.”    Isaiah 60 verse 22  “At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”    Ecclesiastes 3 verse 1  “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”    Galatians 6 verse 9  “At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”    These verses bring so much comfort when life feels slow, delayed, or confusing. The Truth I Want You to Leave With   At the end of the episode, I speak this over you and I mean every word:   “Your slow season is not a setback. It is shaping you.”    Let that settle in your spirit. Your waiting isn’t wasted. Your delay isn’t denial. Your steps are ordered. Your season is intentional. God has you right where He can grow you. I Also Take a Moment to Pray Over You I pray for: • clarity  • encouragement  • fresh hope  • renewed strength  • and the blessing of God over the work of your hands    My intention is that you don’t leave this episode just inspired… but lighter, stronger, and more anchored in truth. If This Episode Encouraged You   I would love for you to • Subscribe to the show • Leave a review (it helps so much) • Share this with someone walking through a waiting season    You never know who needs the reminder that they aren’t behind either.
