GROW is all about, well, growth and personal development. And so, with GROW, my goal here is to hopefully inspire you with some tips, provide hope and most importantly teach you how to create healthy habits/ routine so that you can be the 10/10 version that you vision for yourself.

    Let’s Have A Conversation: This is why I stopped

    Hellooooo to you! Welcome back or warm welcome if this is your first 💗 Wow guys, it’s been a long time. And for that in today’s episode, I’ll be briefly explaining what had happened and what I’ve been doing. Whilst trying to release a third episode months ago, I realised something didn’t feel right. I felt as if the energy I originally wanted to bring faded away trying to make everything so perfect. That was not what I wanted and it felt wrong to ignore it and keep going. And so, I took a break. Spent some time reflecting, learning more about myself and taking it slow. But I’m back baby!! I’m back to help bring the positive energy and vibes back! I’m back to be real and authentic on here and I’m back to inspire those in any way I can. ❤️

    HOW I PRIORITISED MY WELL BEING DURING LOCKDOWN

    In today’s episode I will be telling a little backstory on how I started to prioritise my life more, following a personal event that had also happened around the time of when lockdown started. I will be talking what exactly was the turning point for me to start focusing on me, what happened and what actions I took to be more present within myself everyday. DISCLAMIER: in no way am I saying that this suits all and that this it the way to go. Everything is based on my experiences and what’s worked for me. So I hope that this’ll help someone too.

    The Power of Journalling

    Here it is! The first ever episode of many!! Today is all about breaking down what journalling is (in my opinion) and show you how journalling is a beautiful pathway to self empowerment, person growth and self love. Through briefly talking about my journey through journalling at a young age, I hope to inspire, or if not, at least help open your mind to turn to journalling as your best friend who will always be on your side and understand where you are coming from. Disclaimer: I am only speaking from experience, and in no way saying that I know all and everything that I am saying will suit everyone.
