  1. Grow with GLOW: Target Therapies

    JAN 25

    Grow with GLOW: Target Therapies

Interview with Louisa Andrews from Target Therapies. Original Broadcast - 25th January 2026. During this Grow with Glow podcast, we’re joined by Louisa from Target Therapies, the specialist massage and wellbeing service with clinics and mobile therapy options across the UK. Target Therapies focuses on solution-driven, whole-person care, helping people with pain, discomfort and chronic muscle issues through personalised treatments that go beyond one-off fixes.  Louisa shares her remarkable journey, from discovering she is hypermobile and navigating years of confusing or ineffective treatments to discovering the power of chronic pain massage as a real turning point in her own wellbeing. From that experience, she went on to train as a specialist herself, bringing empathy, expertise and lived experience into her work with clients now through Target Therapies.  We talk about what it’s like to work in a field that combines deep technical skill with human care; how chronic pain, mobility issues and everyday tension can impact confidence, activity and quality of life; and why approaches that consider the whole body, not just the symptoms, can make a meaningful difference. Target Therapies offers everything from sports and remedial massage to deep-tissue work, relaxation techniques and even corporate onsite therapies, with a focus on helping clients live better, move better and feel better.  Louisa’s story is one of empathy-led care, self-discovery and building purpose from experience and the conversation is for anyone curious about holistic wellbeing, pain management, and what it truly means to support someone’s physical journey with.

  2. Grow with GLOW: Gig on the Green / Yateley Sports CIC

Grow with GLOW: Gig on the Green / Yateley Sports CIC

During this episode of Grow with Glow we’re joined by Colin Ive, one of the driving forces behind Gig on the Green, Yateley’s much-loved community music festival that brings people together, raises major funds and supports local sport and youth culture.  Originally started to fundraise for Yateley United Football Club and its growing sports facilities, Gig on the Green has become an annual highlight that brings music, fun and community spirit to the heart of Yateley Green. It mixes local talent with top UK tribute acts, family-friendly entertainment, food, drink and volunteers giving their time to make magic happen.  In our chat, Colin shares how the festival began, rallying behind fundraising for the Yateley football teams and supporting the local sports community and how it’s since grown into something even bigger, bringing all the local clubs together and raising well over £1 million for facilities and projects that benefit the town via Yateley Sports CIC. He talks about the real value of football for young people not just the game itself but community, connection and belonging and why offering spaces for kids to watch, play and hang out helps steer energy into something positive and lasting.  We dive into what it takes to run a festival like this, the role of volunteers, ticketing, logistics, and how a grassroots event can have a genuine social impact for families, children and the wider Yateley community. Whether you’re into music festivals, community action or youth engagement through sport, this episode celebrates the power of coming together in one big, joyful field.
