    Give yourself permission to rest.

    You are allowed to take a break from healing.

    Healing is a necessary part of growth, however it’s possible to be doing too much healing work. When you become hyper-focused on working through traumas, you will burn yourself out. Rest is equally as important as the work you do for healing. Take a pit stop on the journey. You are allowed to do that. Remember this is a journey, not a destination.     What message would you give your younger self? I would tell mine: I wish you could see how special you are. You are so loved and valued, even when you don’t see it. Keep going. Life is turning out great for us. I know it's hard to believe that things are working out, but they are. You've overcame everything you experienced. You are safe now.
