His unique familial background has turned into passions for African Diasporan unity and environmental sustainability.     A Black Girl's Guide to Healing

    In this insightful episode, Bria talks with Jae Lux, a liberation and wellness coach about the steps we can all take to healing our inner child and following our passions. Jae moved from Atlanta to Arizona to pursue her passions of helping black women heal through community and mindfulness practices such as yoga and journaling.
