    Hey, you guys ❤️ in this episode, I am sharing my experience that I had recently that had me feeling all sorts of unpleasant feelings and got me questioning humanity and life. I considered that experience to be traumatic. I wanted to share this experience to make someone feel less alone. I have also included tips on how I managed the situation.
