If you’re serious about growing your real estate business, you’re going to want to follow this podcast. But don’t stop there… Joshua Smith gives so much free information and it’s not fluff. You’re going to get things you can actually implement to close deals and make money. I went through his boot camp when I first got licensed and have never not made six figures as a full-time agent. Do yourself a favor and listen to what this dude is saying… it’s a game changer.

Used to love this podcast and the guests that would come on the show were truly top tier. However it seems like now good guests (or any guests) are few and far between and the quality has dropped drastically in the last year or so.

The content is awesome. Gives me the message I’m looking for.

Hearing from all of the agents who have seen success in their careers is what you need. Why go seek out a agent to be your mentor when you can sit in on conversations with the top agents all around the country? After listening to about 30/35 episodes, you’ll learn the foundation of success for being a top producing agent: lead generation doing what best works for you, lead follow up, conversion and staying in touch with past clients/sphere of influence. This podcast has helped me go from 3 transactions in one year to over 30. I’m 26 and have been licensed for 3 3/4 years.

I've listened to numerous shows where Josh says NEW AGENT DOES XXXXX SALES or FIRST YEAR AGENT SELLS XXXXX. The reality of most of them is that the agents were part time for several years, or they came from a similar industry after 20 years with thousands of warm contacts, or they jumped into a family brokerage where their family name lasted generations. Its not fair to give brand new agents the idea that a brand new agent, with NO HISTORY, no family ties, and a limited sphere can turn around and make a fortune. The reality is that if you are brand new it will take a long long time and the marketing tactics used by these other people simply will not be as effective for you. Honestly I really enjoy the show and there is value in it. I just wish all these shows would be totally honest and actually bring truly brand new agents on that are seeing some success.
