I first wanna start off by saying that your podcast is one of the best I’ve listened to. And I’m sure you get these from everywhere globally. But honestly, it broke my heart when I heard you say that you’re thinking of how this podcast still fits into your everyday lives and maybe I’m reading a little bit into that. I just wanna say thank you listening to your podcasts have definitely helped me grow as a person in my personal life and professionally I’ve even taken things that I’ve learned from listening to the two of you and extended that knowledge onto other team members and I’ve seen them grow. Thank you for paying it forward to those of us want to continue to grow and to continue to be better I work in dentistry and I always say that teeth have no rules and working in a industry that’s kind of forgotten about in the medical field.l, Gets a little crazy at times and you’ve helped me a lot.

I’ve listened to several episodes now but 357 has been so helpful. I’ve listened through it a couple times and am still getting new value nuggets from this episode and has been helpful to see where I’ve wrongly looked at coaching vs performance management. Definitely a good tool for your personal leadership development tool belt!
