Almost but not quite there
These meditations have great concepts but are lacking in something to really dial me in. Not to mention the clicking background noise while she’s recording is incredibly distracting.

I have had a hard time finding a basic body scan. This one is very basic and includes a muscle tightening and relaxation feature.
