Has Really Leveled up my Habits!
I stumbled on this podcast a few weeks ago and I immediately binged as much as I could within that timeframe. This podcast has been so great and helping me rework my habits to make them work for me and my busy lifestyle. Love the resources she provides and how short and manageable (bite sized) they are!
Hanks but for health
I love a good kitchen hack, and a good laundry hack, but Emily provides ways to make taking control of your health simple, and that feels even more useful than learning how to cut an avocado.
