    Willpower

    Willpower

Willpower may have gotten you across the finish line in other areas of your life. But, there is no finish line when it comes to healthy eating and weight loss.
No matter how disciplined, resilient, or committed you are — willpower cannot possibly last long-term. Because willpower relies on harsh emotional fuel to make the food decisions required to lose weight. It’s emotional fuel that burns out — every single time.
Therefore, to eat healthy and lose weight long-term, you must take a different approach. An approach that requires you to stop relying on willpower to eat healthy and lose weight.
In this episode, I’m sharing why willpower will not create the permanent healthy eating and weight loss results you desire. You’ll also learn what will be necessary to stop relying on willpower so you can become a naturally healthy eater for life.

    Taking Responsibility

    Taking Responsibility

You’re someone who takes responsibility for your results.
Consider: How are you using this trait against yourself with food and weight loss?
Taking responsibility for your results feels empowering.
Where you observe your results and think: “I know exactly how I created this. This makes sense.”
But, notice if observing your results with food and weight loss feels disempowering. If so, you’re not actually taking responsibility for your results — you’re punishing and blaming yourself for them.
This is when we observe past results and think: “This happened because of me. It’s my fault.”
    Notice that shift in energy.
In this episode, I’m sharing how you can move from disempowered self-punishment to empowered responsibility with food. When you’re able to access true responsibility for your results with food and weight, your results become inevitable.

    Empowered Healthy Eating

    Empowered Healthy Eating

To eat healthy naturally, you will need to make empowered eating decisions.
This means, you’re making eating decisions from the belief: “I am in control with food and I make deliberate food choices”.
That being said, you must know that getting to healthy eating empowerment doesn’t mean you force yourself to make the “right food decisions”. It doesn’t imply that you should attempt to access willpower, grit, or determination to eat healthy.
Instead, it means you begin intentionally parenting the disempowered beliefs you have with food now. You access empowerment with food so you can provide compassion, safety, and validation to yourself when disempowerment comes up along the way.
In this episode, I’m sharing how you can move from disempowered healthy eating to empowered healthy eating.
Keep in mind, we’re defining empowerment differently here. Empowerment no longer implies that we’re pushing ourselves to the results we want faster, from overly excited energy. That’s not useful.
Empowered healthy eating means you have calm awareness of your disempowerment with food and you choose to intentionally process it fully.
This shift is what will allow you to take sustainable, measurable steps towards the results with food and body that you truly want.

    Disempowered Healthy Eating

    Disempowered Healthy Eating

My coaching practice strongly focuses on taking women from disempowered to empowered healthy eating.
Disempowerment with food comes from the belief: “I am not in control”. Whereas, empowerment with food comes from the belief: “I am in complete control of the results I want”.
Consider: Do you have a disempowering relationship with food now?
Many of us will have been conditioned into a relationship with food that is disempowering. We’ve failed the food protocols, meal plans, and diet regimens. Which means, we have strong evidence to support the belief that we do not have control.
This isn’t a problem. It’s perfectly safe to have this present. And, it is possible to move from disempowerment to empowerment with food. In fact, it’s a non-negotiable for you to create healthy eating habits on your terms.
In this podcast episode, I’m talking all about disempowered healthy eating. I’ll be discussing how we create this disempowerment, how we get stuck in disempowering behaviors with food, and how you can best support yourself when you find yourself in this place.

    Evaluating Progress

    Evaluating Progress

What is your relationship to evaluating progress with food and body?
Do you obsessively watch what you eat, then wait for the results with your body to appear?
Or, do you evaluate the root causes of your food and body decisions.
Most of us will feel compelled to hyper-focus on a healthy eating end-result and wait for it to appear.
In this episode, I’m sharing how to overcome evaluation fear, so you can begin evaluating progress in the most effective way.
When you do this, the path towards your food and body goals becomes clear and intentional.

    Measures Of Success

    Measures Of Success

How do you currently measure success with food and body?

Because you want your measures of success to feel simple, accessible, and attainable to you, no matter where you’re at in your progress.
This is what guarantees success with food and body — no matter what.

So good!

Each episode is relatable in some way. I love this combined with her coaching program! I wish we were taught these things at a very early age. So good and it applies to many aspects of our lives.

1:1 Coaching is NOT worth the money!

Kat’s 1:1 coaching program is $4,000, all due up front, and no refunds are given because “she doesn’t want you to give up on yourself”

If you YouTube how to create and apply a CTFAR model you’ve already learned as much as you will in her program. If this model does not work for you, you’re out of luck and wasted all that money.

If you are willing to spend $4,000 on your wellness journey, that’s awesome, but I’d highly encourage you to look into registered dietitians/nutritionists. They are well educated and can help you regardless of what your struggles are and most importantly they have more than one resource (model)that can help you in your wellness journey. They also are more cost effective.

I’d recommend Kat’s coaching if your only struggle with eating how you want to be eating, is emotional eating and you’d like assistance in creating and applying a CTFAR model to your eating habits.
