In May, a few days to the swearing in Ceremony to mark, President Museveni's sixth term, I had a conversation with Lawyer Nicholas Opiyo. He is known widely for his work with Chapter Four Uganda. 

Many Ugandans will attest to Nicholas Opiyo coming through for them when they were arrested on tramped up charges.
