After giving birth to my beautiful baby girl, I was under immense external and personal pressure to return to my pre-pregnancy body.  I kid you not, I suffered trying to figure it out. Until I was introduced to a team of doctors and nutritionists and fitness coaches who made my life such a breeze.  Also, I notice I say tying the stomach, the right word is binding of the stomach.  Also, this aired first on SANYU FM in 2019.  Enjoy and give us feedback on how to make content better for you the listener.
