    Laura Osnes is episode two's featured guest; join us as we talk about her story of redemption and how God is providing "hope on the other side." "Laura Osnes is a two-time Tony Award nominee for her poignant performances on Broadway in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella and Bonnie & Clyde. Other Broadway credits include Bandstand, Anything Goes, South Pacific, and Grease, having won the role of Sandy on NBC’s reality talent competition, “You’re The One That I Want” at the age of 21. Osnes has charmed millions in five Hallmark Channel original movies and has also been seen on television in Just In Time (GAF), A Dash Of Christmas (GAF/PureFlix), Fosse/Verdon (F/X), Dynasty (CW), and Elementary (CBS). Her crystal clear and powerful soprano regularly graces symphony halls and cabaret venues around the globe, including filmed performances with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Live from Lincoln Center (PBS), A Capitol Fourth (PBS), and The Kennedy Center Honors (CBS). Her voice can be heard on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon), Team UmiZoomi (Nickelodeon), and Chip Chilla (Bentkey), as well as several original Broadway cast recordings and her two solo albums. A recent transfer to Nashville, Tennessee, Laura has released eight original songs this past year as a singer/songwriter.     During episode 6 of HANG ON, SIS!, I sit down with one of my mentors, Rachel Gaines Hockett and she reminds us, "you're not the only one!" Rachel is a wife to Brian since 2003, mother to Olivia and Briley, singer, speaker, writer, and actress who is passionate about spreading God’s love, and her belief that knowing Him intimately is the answer to every fulfillment in life! Rachel grew up in a musical family with her award-winning parents Billy and Sarah Gaines whom she shares a Dove Award! Rachel’s career includes leading worship and speaking on the Women of Faith Revolve Tour, collaborative writing for a book published by Thomas Nelson, and BGV’S on Disney’s Cinderella soundtrack, “A Dream is a Wish”, and Disney’s Chicken Little “Stir It Up, “as well as touring as a BGV singer for multi Dove award-winning artist Natalie Grant.
