Last Minute Pack & Prep for a Disney Trip

Leaving for Disney soon and feel like you still have a million things to do? We know the feeling! In this episode, we’re talking about all the last minute packing and prep that happens in those final days before a Disney trip — the things you have to remember, the things you can’t pack until the very last minute, and all the little details that can easily get overlooked. You also don't want to miss Amanda's BEST KEPT SECRET!🤫 We go through how we make our last minute to-do list and how we pack the kids’ stuff, especially when there are things we need right up until the moment we leave. We also talk about the challenges of getting everything ready when you have an early morning flight versus a late-night departure. From squeezing in that final load of laundry and picking up snacks for the plane to booking Lightning Lanes and organizing our park to-do lists, we cover what goes into getting the family ready to actually leave for Disney. We also talk about preparing our Walmart and grocery order so we can have the things we need once we arrive. If you’re getting ready for your own Disney vacation, this episode is a look at those final few days when the excitement is building, the suitcase is somehow still not packed, and the to-do list just keeps getting longer. ✈️🏰✨ Join our Patreon now for your first month free! Our Vlogging Etiquette in the Parks | What We Avoid & How We Try to Be Courteous

In this episode, we’re talking all about vlogging etiquette at Disney and what we think it means to be respectful while creating content in the parks. We start by talking about our own approach to family vlogging. We’re not trying to chase every trend or record whatever is most popular. Our approach is to capture the real moments of a Disney vacation and share what it’s actually like experiencing Disney as a family. We want our videos to feel genuine and reflect who we are. We also discuss some of the things we keep in mind when filming in the parks, especially when it comes to other guests and Cast Members. We talk about avoiding direct interactions with Cast Members on camera unless we’ve asked, being courteous while filming in lines and during shows, and making sure we aren’t blocking someone’s view or holding up a queue just to get the perfect shot. At the end of the day, we want to create memories and share our Disney experiences without taking away from the experience of the people around us. We share what works for us, some of the etiquette we try to follow, and why we think being considerate is just as important as getting the shot.  Join our Patreon now for your first month free!
