Always learning
First off thank you so much for your willingness to share, and help me learn about my hormones and my body. I am shocked to make the realization that I know way less than I probably should. I am floored at the thought that doctors over the years have put a Band-Aid over so many of my symptoms, and I am excited to see how I can rebuild and replenish my body after having our first son, and in preparation to hopefully have one more sweet baby. I recently stopped taking birth control and my hormones and body have been all over the place. I found this podcast after listening to She (Jordan Lee Dooley’s podcast) and it is amazing! I’ve learned so much and are taking steps towards healing my gut and overall body. I’m so excited to keep learning and one day be able to share this with my future kids.
