Path to Peace feat. Udo Erasmus

"Everything we’re motivated to find on the outside, we already have on the inside. That’s what the joke is. Instead of looking into it, we’re looking away from it." - Udo Erasmus
The legendary Udo Erasmus came on the podcast today. He is the co-founder of Udo’s Choice Line, which can be found in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide.
Udo walked a difficult path to become the man he is today. Being a child of war, Udo’s life began with intense struggle. As an adult, he got pesticide poisoning in 1980.
Udo is an acclaimed speaker and author of many books, including the best-selling Fats That Heal Fats That Kill.  He teaches at events hosted by Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra, has keynoted an international brain health conference, and has traveled to more than 30 countries to conduct thousands of live presentations, media interviews, and staff trainings impacting more than 25,000,000.
Today Udo shares his story to peace on the podcast.
    We chat about:
    - growing up as a child of war
    - beginning a search for peace as a 6-year-old
    - what he learned about where peace comes from
