Practical Guidance

I love this podcast because it offers useful tips on how to easily live more in the moment! The podcasts are short so the tips can immediately be put into practiced to begin or to continue living in the present more mindfully. I find the guides Tamy offers to bring more peace and balance into my life and I find her voice relaxing and familiar- thank you Tamy!!!
