    Comedian and Sketch maker, Derrick Johnson, joins Andy to talk about a life altering car accident he was in. Derrick Johnson Derrick Johnson is a comedian and filmmaker based out of the Twin Cities. Derrick is one third of the sketch comedy group Lonely Space Vixens on YouTube, in which he helps write, produce, and act in sketches. Derrick got his start in comedy at an early age, using his parents' VHS camera to film slapstick comedy videos using his action figures in his bedroom. These rudimentary videos would later evolve into the live action sketches he makes today. A relative newcomer to stand up, Dan has already appeared on some of Minnesota's top comedy stages. He is a two time finalist in the "Funniest Person in Minnesota" contest and this paced first in the “Funniest Person in the Chippewa Valley” competition. Dan’s humor combines stories of past adventures with a love of people and the world we live in.     BRIANNA KOCKA Brianna Kočka is a singer-songwriter from Minneapolis, MN. She has shared the stage with Marc Cohn, The Cult, and has had her music featured on General Hospital and 20/20. Evoking the instrumentation and mournful harmonies of Americana pioneers Gillian Welch and Alison Krauss, as well as the classic Country vibes of Nashville in an earlier time, her songs are both autobiographical and fantasy, documents of facing phantoms, and fleeing them. In 2019 Brianna released her second solo album, Three Songs, an autobiographical look at love, loss, and grief. Her previous album of traditional folk songs, "Dreamlife," was released in 2018 on Suntanman Records.
