Hate No More is the gripping tale of one man’s journey into and out of violent white supremacy. At the age of 20, Casper was unjustly convicted of homicide and sent to one of the toughest prisons in America. He quickly got drawn into the white supremacy movement and ended up founding a skinhead gang together with four other men. The years that followed were filled with desperate fights for survival and a persistent quest to have his conviction overturned. Eventually, while working alongside a Black man known as Old Man John, Casper realized that everything he’d been led to believe about race was based on lies — and he left both his gang and the white supremacy movement entirely. Even as his former comrades assailed him with death threats and labeled him a "race traitor," he began helping others leave the movement as well. This telling of Casper’s life story ushers the listener into a dark world steeped in violence and hatred — a world few ordinary people can fathom, but one that’s a daily reality for those trapped within America’s cold and unforgiving criminal justice system. For years, Casper sought to get his story out in hopes that it might save others from falling for white supremacist propaganda and making the same mistakes he made. Now here it is. I really enjoyed Casper's story; it was gripping throughout. It was a fascinating glimpse into the world of white supremacy, prison, and the criminal law system. Well done Mr. Rambow for producing this!

Redemption from Hate

This is a really powerful story. It gives the listener an inside view of prison life, and it shows how people get sucked into extremist ideology. The stories about the violence Casper was exposed to as a child, his relationship with his father, and how he persevered through his appeal process are especially powerful. But perhaps the most significant thing to be gleaned from the series is how to reach people who are in the grip of extremist ideology and change their minds. Highly recommended.
From the mouth of a killer, redemption—-and a warning warning

Henry Rambow’s vivid recounting of a white supremecist’s journey from hate to compassion is so compelling that I binged the entire series in two days. The formerly incarcerated killer, who calls himself Caspar, is like no other narrator I’ve encountered, and Rambow keeps it simple by wisely staying out of the way and letting Caspar do the talking. I learned much about the U.S. prison system, about the horrors inflicted on incarcerated people, and about the human capacity for change. Casper’s view of the underbelly of society should be required listening for everyone—-especially for people who think “lock him up” is the solution for everything. Highly recommended.
