Haunting, Purgatory’s premier podcast, shares weekly, real-life paranormal stories told by those who experienced them first-hand. Some will be unsettling... Haunting brings audiences into the story through first-hand accounts and immersive audio, giving listeners the feeling of coming face-to-face with the unexplainable. Hosted by Theresa (Teh-rez-ah), an "influencer" who tragically died before she could get the proverbial "little blue check in life," is stuck in the Eternal Twilight until she figures out how to finish her "unfinished business." Just like when she was alive and active on every social media platform, Theresa promises to always give her audience the -- mostly -- unfiltered look into her life, now afterlife. But instead of snarky social commentary, OOTDs, and hyper-edited selfies, with the help of her producer, Len, and succubus from Hell turned intern, Naomi, Theresa aims to help the living see that ghosts are just former people who want to have a little fun like anyone else, even though it's often in the form of mortal fear and suffering.

Please please please! I miss this podcast so dang much. I freaking love Lauren Lapkus! I’m a long time fan but never in a million years did I think I’d be this devastated for a podcast to end as I was this one. So immersive as another listener stated so perfectly! I, too, love to listen at night in bed with headphones or in the car driving (at night haha) it’s so creepy it’ll have you scanning your room or back seat/rearview mirror for “entities” LOL I’m joking but also I’m not… just listen for yourself. True stories told by the experiencers and hosted by the silliest girl ever and so well written, you’ll forget you’re not there with them. Please come back soon or at least give us a time frame if and when you’ll be coming back? Miss you so much!
My absolute favorite scary story format with silly pallet cleansers between that grow on you

I love true ghost story podcasts narrated with ambient music and sound effects in the background. When it’s well done it makes it extremely immersive and just makes the story that much more creepy, especially listening alone at night in bed with headphones. I’ve only come across a couple that do this well enough to keep you coming back for more and this is one of the few with such great sound quality. I didn’t like the host and that whole concept at first but she’s one me over with sheer ridiculousness (possessed coffee pot yelling drink me drink me? 🤣). Keep up the great work and please hurry and make more episodes!!

Please come back!!! I LOVE THIS PODCAST! Some of the stories I can explain away, but SOME of them raise the hair on my arms and send chills down my spine! Terrifying! And makes me truly wonder! Then Lauren comes in with her silly irreverent bits, and calms me back down. Such a great podcast with great balance. Can’t wait for more episodes!
