    Pilot Episode- Meet the creators of Headstart!

    Hi all! We are 5 young girls passionate about advocating and promoting the importance of mental health to all people especially youth. We are a part of the Youth Advisory Group at Headspace which allows us to get involved in our community and live-out our passion through various projects that we create! Headspace is an Australian based health service for young people aged 12-25-year-old, their family and friends. We provide a range of health and well-being services. Jump online at https://headspace.org.au/ This is our pilot episode just introducing who we are, what we're passionate about and our journey! We will deliver a plethora of topics which will release on a monthly basis. Topics will range from OCD- a personal story, stigma and mental health, a few treatment options, relationships, self-care, decision-making and much more! We are by no means professionals or experts, but we just wish to share our personal stories and really endeavour to make the smallest difference, or just simply put a smile on your face!
