Heal and Grow with Creativity

Renata McElvany

Heal and Grow with Creativity is a podcast for neurodivergent and multi-passionate women of color who want a kinder and more authentic relationship with themselves. Hosted by creativity coach, artist, and designer Renata McElvany, this show explores how creativity & expressive art can be used as a gentle tool for self-discovery, emotional awareness, and healing, beyond productivity, performance, or perfection. Each episode offers reflective conversations, personal stories, and insights based on lived experience that help you slow down, name your inner experiences, and reconnect with who you are beneath external expectations. Rather than telling you how to “fix” yourself, this podcast invites you into deeper listening, self-trust, and ease. This work is shaped by years of creative practice and Renata’s lived experience as a neurodivergent, multi-passionate woman of color—navigating identity, burnout, self-doubt, and the quiet work of coming home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside of what you produce, this is the space to breathe, reflect, and begin again (at your own pace). ⭐ Learn more: https://www.renatamcelvany.com/💌 Join the newsletter: https://www.renatamcelvany.com/newsletter🎨 Follow along on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/renatamcelvany/💜 Book a free discovery call: https://www.renatamcelvany.com/discovery-session
