    How Managing Energy Flow Into & Out of You Helps You Become Unstoppable

    Have you ever encountered someone, whether you know them or not, that just makes you feel totally depleted? How about someone that boosts your energy and mood? These are examples of having your personal frequencies or energies mix, either destructively or constructively.

    As healers (or highly sensitive people), controlling the flow of energy into and out of you allows you to end your day on a high note, meaning you feel as great at the end of the day as you did in the beginning.

    As a healer or coach that works with energy, you’ll find you can help more people and go more places, rather than needing to be a recluse. This is common with introverts. I’m an extreme introvert: learning this was paramount for me to be able to improve my income and my relationships.

    When any of us healers look at how cancer looks in the body, it looks like an energy suck. It's dark inside. It's like somebody turned the light bulb off and that is reflected in that energy field around the body.
    There is a lag time between when you get introduced to a pathogen compared to when you manifest the illness. So cancer takes a long time for it to gestate in the body. So if you are doing all the things you can to raise your frequency, it doesn't ever get a chance to manifest and you can even get it to shrink away.
    Frequency is like measuring the sum total of everything that's going on. If you were to measure a glowing ember, you would see that there would be a range of frequencies. But it would peak out at one place that's called blackbody radiation. And the peeking out place is the characteristic frequency or temperature. The influence that you have on that characteristic frequency is that you can go into mindfulness and meditation, and do some energy hygiene to release all of the stuff that is lowering your frequency.

    Some of these activities may surprise you.  For example, did you know that listening to ads or commercials on TV or radio can sink your energy?  How about listening to certain kinds of music or watching certain kinds of TV shows.  Listen in to find out what to avoid so you can keep your energy up to do what you were meant to do.

    The activities and actions you’re about to hear really help raise your life force energy, which is where your health and your best thinking are at its peak.  www.highpaidhealers.com  Basically, it comes down to your emotions and thinking being in the right place.  

    Anything that brings about stress, going into scarcity or lack thinking, or a low energy emotion such as shame, guilt, sorrow, anger or worry is going to drag you down.  

    One such tip is listening to soothing music, especially if the instruments are tuned to 432 Hz instead of 440 Hz.  The lower frequency tuning has been shown to be healing for the body.  

    There are several others, listen in to find out how you can improve things to help you make your best decisions, gain clarity, and even live longer.  The way you’ll feel afterwards, you will want to.

    You can increase your frequency by watching happy, positive movies or television shows. You can also listen to instrumentals, such as piano compositions, similar to the prerecorded healing audios that you can stream on your devices.
    Consume organically grown foods, mainly raw fruits and vegetables. Eating nutritious meals, especially if the chicken or fish is wild-caught, the chicken is raised outside, and the cows are pasture bred and grass-fed, is not as important as grains.
    Before midnight, get a good night's sleep. That is why the hours between 930 p.m. and midnight are so important. Make sure you receive a decent night's sleep by going to bed on time.
    Setting aside time for oneself is essential. And this is to help you unwind and give you time to think alone. You can journal, meditate, go for a stroll in the woods, practice deep breathing, and chant anything that will help you reconnect with yourself instead of being pulled in a million other directions.
    Take care of your cash. Don't let being in need make you think you need all stuff. Simplify your life. Look through your closets for anything you haven't worn or used in a year and ask yourself: "Do you need it? Enjoy it?"  Otherwise, it would help if you released it by selling or giving. If it's broken, throw it out.

    You already know that happy, cheerful people make you feel better, while angry or depressive people can bring you down. There are a number of ways we interact with one another to exchange energy with them: you don’t even have to be in the same country as the other for it to impact you. This is especially important for highly sensitive people, like healers and empaths.  

    Anytime you think of the other person with an emotion attached to that thought, they are influencing your energy. When you are in proximity to another, even without conversation, you are exchanging energy. It can be on the phone or over zoom, you are not protected.   

    There are up to 14 ways other people can influence your energy: it’s not just cords, contracts, agreements and karma. Learn how you are influenced and a few tips to help you out.

    The healthier we are, the more intact our fields. And the more we can repel out of us all that negative energy out of us.
