    145 | auDHD & Weight Loss

Today we're being curious about body image and weight loss and neurodivergence and how these things intersect and affect each other!  Note: I'm not speaking from any kind of academic or research-based perspective. This is all just my lived experience and what I am currently going through.  P.S. If this isn't the kind of thing you're super comfortable listening to or if this is going to be triggering for you, I really encourage you to just skip this episode. However, I do want to be clear, I will not be using any numbers of any kind. Instead, I'm mostly going to be talking about the emotions that go into making any kind of big lifestyle change and the pushback I'm experiencing from my brain and the executive dysfunction.  Want to request a topic?
