Mostly fantastic, sometimes a little too Cali

I’m a clinician and have an appreciation for the information Dr Adrienne shares, both for me as a health care provider and as a woman in a bigger body. Sometimes I replay episodes over and over in order to adequately absorb the nuggets. Just finished episode 136, one of the most interpersonally authentic interviews I’ve heard her do. About 1 in 5 episodes are a little too Cali/West coast for me, where commodification of wellness and influencer culture is “too much.” When she is passionate about a topic, she tends to sound like she’s yelling rather than speaking. And she needs sound help so she doesn’t sound like she’s broadcasting from a bathroom stall. But that aside, this is pretty damned good stuff.

Engaging and research based

Dr. Youdim presents credible evidenced based information in a relatable and engaging podcast. I appreciate her factual approach while providing specific examples, and that she is succinct in her delivery. It makes the information easy to understand while knowing that it is based by research and personal experience with her clients. And her focus on overall health and well-being is inclusive to all listeners. Dr. Youdim is a trusted source for vital information on my health.
