Making Healthcare Human Again

It's pretty remarkable how Zac and Steven are able to get their guests to really open up and share what they've learned by failing ... because if we're honest, we've all failed more than we've succeeded when it comes to moving the needle in healthcare. This podcast is great at capturing the LEARNINGS that come from those failures.
