My new favorite podcast!

I am a middle aged woman who has been active my entire life but now feeling the impacts of aging. I am that person who has tried and failed fads and I need someone to give me the right advice of what is garbage what to focus on to be my best self. Aaron is no-nonsense and tells it straight. But he is supportive and encouraging- it must be great to be one of his clients! I’m glad he is sharing his knowledge and expertise with the world. I can’t wait for the next episode!
