I have been listening since the day you launched it and I love how every woman can relate to any subject whether it’s themselves or through a friend’s experience! It’s raw and extremely real and something EVERY woman needs to hear! Extremely empowering for women everywhere to listen to! On a side not- I have never met anyone more motivating as a trainer at the gym! She makes it fun the entire session which in return makes it easy to get up on early mornings and attend! All around a great person and awesome trainer!💪🏻
