29: Plant Based Living & Wellness Evolution w/ Megan Swan
Our latest guest the beautiful Megan Swan isn't your typical girl from Calgary, Alberta. Yes, she did grow up there hiking and skiing in the Canadian Rockies, but after hitting her 30's she sold everything to embark on her own "Eat, Pray, Love" journey. Now at age 41 she finds herself still on her first stop where she fell in love with one of her English students.
She has been living in Mexico for the last 11 years where she is an online Wellness & Mindset Coach specializing in detoxification, plant-based living, mindful practices, stress management, yoga and meditation. She loves guiding women to reevaluate their relationship with everyday toxins and honour their biorhythms in order to rediscover their true sense of self and natural energy.
And she does all this while her family thrives in motion. This year their traveling has been getting out of the city on weekends to discover hidden treasures in the jungles of Chiapas. These times are magical and deeply fulfilling for her, her husband, their two beautiful boys, and two very loving dogs.
Today she is here to share her passion about connecting with others worldwide to exchange ideas and practices in the world of wellness and online business. She has a strong sense that we are on the brink of a wellness revolution, and we are so excited for the wonderful thoughts and knowledge she is here to share today.
Stay tuned to hear us discuss:
