Realistic Self Improvement

Got turned on I heard the interview with Carter Good. I am super skeptical of anyone under the age of 40 giving "life advice" or self help, it juse seems kind of off. Reecently, due to guys like this I have been forced to reconsider. Listen to any one of these tracks and you will know what I'm talking about. Austin is wise beyond his years. You will be nodding your head as you realise that deep down, you know that most of what Austin is saying is true. Awesome for daily reminders of the little things we can do to make life more enjoyable, especially good for the holistic health stuff.

Easily one of my favorite podcasts

Austin does a great job at taking complex info and not only makes it easy to understand but also packs up the topic into clear tips to implement right away - keep up the great content!
