Supernatural ensemble cast episodic fun!
Mar 11
Who better to solve a town’s paranormal mysteries than Heinous Investigations, a group of supernaturally gifted citizens and a lawyer. A vampire, a telepath, an angel/demon, a warrior, a fast man and his variably sized brother. . .and also a legally minded individual can get things done, can’t they?! Join this ensemble cast on their episodic adventures solving cases—possibly going out—and even getting their own arch nemesis. . . Dum dum dum! It’s all fun and games here at Heinous Investigations, buoyed by impeccable coming timing, snappy dialogue and finely crafted character voices with memorable, signature quirks (Angel/demon library man’s fastidious reserve and demonic outbursts). Recommended!

An enjoyable podcast with a kooky and lovable cast of characters (not to mention some queer rep!!). For the adult who was a fan of Scooby-Doo as a kid or other shows of the supernatural type of genre, this is a refreshing twist. The passion the actors have is evident ✨ do yourself a favor and take a listen
So fun, well written, and well acted!!

I’m not a regular podcast listener, but I’m a huge fan of this one. The stories are engaging, and I’m never bored when listening. It’s clear that so much work and creativity go into these episodes. It’s also so very nice to see some queer representation in a podcast!
Fun for drive time

Try this for your next drive - I Have been enjoying the podcast as well as the creative and funny cast and crew on their bonus episodes ("Avengers" - cool idea well done and admire their acting to stay in character, while in another character ;) ). What I enjoy most besides the fun storyline(s) is the camaraderie and the team's embracing of the medium. It is authentic. If you like watching unexpected great sleuthing partners develop with some twists and turns this is for you. Can't wait to see what Wildely does next!

Love this show. Great characters and intriguing story. Can’t wait for next episode!!
Bad production and blatant sexism.
12/02/2022
I want to like it, but I can’t get through the first episode. Terrible production quality, an unlikable protagonist (gleefully holding the idiot-ball), and poorly written hybrid of modern characters and film noir elements that just just come out as sexism. “You’ve gotta catch me!” says the drunk female plot element. REALLY?
