From fear and overspending to learning contentment and trusting God to provide, this conversation gets real about the pressure social media puts on all of us to constantly want more. We talk about what the Bible actually says about wealth, greed, generosity, and why money will never fully satisfy us the way God can. We also share personal stories about working young, learning responsibility, trusting God in hard seasons, and why giving back matters so much to us.     Hey hey HWH gang! Happy Friday!! This episode is very much a real life, real time update. We’re getting into what God is teaching us right now and yeah… some of these lessons are not easy. From trying to start before feeling ready, to learning patience, to letting go of control (still working on that), we’re sharing what we’re currently navigating in our faith and everyday life. We also talk about people pleasing, trusting God when things feel uncertain, and what it actually looks like to show up for Him… and for yourself. Basically, we don’t have it all figured out, but we’re learning as we go (as usual)! “don’t worry about tomorrow…” yeah… we’re working on that too 🤍

    Welcome back HWH gang!! Your 20s can feel like a constant in-between - not who you used to be, but not fully who you’re becoming either. You’re making big decisions, navigating relationships, chasing goals, and quietly wondering if you’re doing any of it right. In this episode, we talk about what faith really looks like in this season. The doubt that creeps in when prayers feel unanswered. The pressure of trying to figure out your career and future.     The Story He’s Still Writing

    Today, Steph shares a very vulnerable and sacred story of her miscarriage. She shares a little bit about what that meant to her and how it changed her. A note from Steph: My miscarriage was one of the most painful seasons of my life. It challenged my faith at times and left me with questions I didn’t know how to ask or even have the answers to. But in the middle of my grief, I met God in a way I never had before. When I felt empty, He held me. When I didn’t have the strength, He gave it to me. When I felt like my prayers weren’t being answered the way I hoped, He reminded me that He was still there. I didn’t receive the miracle baby I was praying for, but I received something I didn’t even know I was missing and that was deeper relationship with Jesus. He has been the miracle in my life through all my highs and lows now. This loss changed me in ways I’ll never get back and I’ll also always be grateful for. It softened my heart and strengthened my faith. I truly believe that my story is not finished there too. I trust that He is still writing something beautiful even though I can’t see the full picture yet. If sharing my story helps even one woman feel less alone in her grief, it is worth it. If it gently brings someone closer to God, it is worth it. There’s purpose in my pain. And if you are walking through miscarriage right now, please know you are not alone. Your pain matters. Your questions are allowed. Reach out for support. Lean on your loved ones. Advocate for your health. Seek answers. Pray if you can, even if it’s just a whisper. Held by community. Held by grace. This podcast was born from the realization that healing isn’t instant, and it isn’t always pretty. It’s layered. It’s ongoing. And sometimes, we’re still in process. But even when we’re not fully healed, we are still deeply held. In this episode, we talk about our faith journeys, the challenges that shaped us and why we believe there is power in sharing your testimony while you’re still walking through it. If you’ve ever felt like you’re in-between, not where you were, but not fully where you’re going, we hope this space is for you. You are not behind. You are not broken beyond repair.
