    Send us Fan Mail   Στο νέο επεισόδιο του HellenicVoice ταξιδεύουμε στην καρδιά της κυπριακής παράδοσης και γνωρίζουμε το λευκαρίτικο κέντημα, μια μοναδική μορφή λαϊκής τέχνης που κουβαλά αιώνες ιστορίας, πολιτισμού και ταυτότητας. Μια τέχνη που έχει αναγνωριστεί διεθνώς, καθώς από το 2010 έχει ενταχθεί στον κατάλογο της Άυλης Πολιτιστικής Κληρονομιάς της UNESCO. Καλεσμένη μας είναι η Ανδρεανή Παναγίδη, ιδρύτρια του FOLKMONA, ενός δημιουργικού εγχειρήματος που γεφυρώνει την παράδοση με τη σύγχρονη καλλιτεχνική έκφραση, επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τον ρόλο της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς στο σήμερα. Μαζί της συζητούμε για την ιστορία και την εξέλιξη του λευκαρίτικου κεντήματος, τις τεχνικές του, την κοινωνική και οικονομική του σημασία, καθώς και τις γυναίκες που το κράτησαν ζωντανό μέσα στους αιώνες. Αναφερόμαστε επίσης στο εμπόριο και τη διεθνή του αναγνώριση, στους θρύλους που το συνοδεύουν, αλλά και στη σχέση του με την παγκόσμια πολιτιστική σκηνή. Τέλος, εξετάζουμε τη θέση του σήμερα, τις προκλήσεις διατήρησής του και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μπορεί να παραμείνει ζωντανό και ουσιαστικό για τις νεότερες γενιές, χωρίς να χάσει την αυθεντικότητά του.     Αρχαίο Ελληνικό Δράμα με την Αγγελική Πετροπετσιώτη

    Send us Fan Mail Στο νέο επεισόδιο του Hellenic Voice, η Βασούλα Χριστοδούλου συνομιλεί με την ηθοποιό και σκηνοθέτη θεάτρου Αγγελική Πετροπετσιώτη, σε μια συζήτηση που ταξιδεύει τον ακροατή στον συναρπαστικό κόσμο του αρχαίου ελληνικού δράματος. Η συζήτηση επικεντρώνεται στην εμφάνιση και εξέλιξη του δράματος στην αρχαία κοινωνία, καθώς και στις βασικές διαφορές ανάμεσα στην τραγωδία, την κωμωδία και το σατυρικό δράμα.     Gonda Van Steen : Adoption & Belonging in Cold War Greece

    Κυριάκος Χαραλαμπίδης: Αμμόχωστος, Γλώσσα και Ποίηση

    Send us Fan Mail  Στο νέο επεισόδιο του Hellenic Voice φιλοξενώ έναν από τους σημαντικότερους σύγχρονους Έλληνες ποιητές, τον Κυριάκο Χαραλαμπίδη, σε μια συζήτηση βαθιά ανθρώπινη, φιλοσοφική και ποιητική.  Μιλάμε για την ποίηση και τον ποιητή: τι σημαίνει να είσαι αληθινός ποιητής, πώς γεννιέται ένα ποίημα, ποια ανάγκη οδηγεί στη γραφή και ποια είναι η σχέση της έμπνευσης με την άσκηση και τη σιωπή. Στεκόμαστε στην ευθύνη του ποιητή απέναντι στην Ιστορία, στον λαό του και στον σύγχρονο, θορυβώδη κόσμο, αλλά και στον ρόλο του χιούμορ, της τόλμης και της ελευθερίας μέσα στον ποιητικό λόγο.  Ιδιαίτερη θέση στη συζήτηση κατέχουν η Κύπρος, η Ιστορία και η Αμμόχωστος Βασιλεύουσα: η μνήμη της τραγωδίας, οι ανοιχτές πληγές, αλλά και η δύναμη της ποίησης να διασώζει, να θεραπεύει ή να κρατά ζωντανή τη συλλογική μνήμη.  Συζητούμε ακόμη για τη γλώσσα και τον Ελληνισμό: τα ελληνικά ως «θεϊκή γλώσσα», τη σχέση πρωτότυπου και μετάφρασης, το βάθος του Ελληνισμού και τη σημασία της παράδοσης – ως εφαλτήριο και όχι ως τροχοπέδη για τον σύγχρονο δημιουργό.  Η κουβέντα μας ανοίγει προς τη θεολογία, τη φιλοσοφία και το νόημα της ζωής: η σχέση ποίησης και πίστης, ο ανθρώπινος φόβος, η ελευθερία – προσωπική και συλλογική – και το αν το νόημα της ζωής προϋπάρχει ή το δημιουργούμε εμείς.  Τέλος, μιλάμε για τον χρόνο, την παρακαταθήκη, τους φόβους, όσα δεν προλαβαίνουμε, αλλά και για το πώς θα ήθελε ο ίδιος να τον θυμούνται.
