I wish this podcast existed in high school. I would have known what to do and how to take care of my very sensitive and acne prone skin. I love the variety of people Joyce interviews and the variation of beauty topics covered- from skincare, hair, dental care, nails, scents and even wellness through self care! If you have any beauty questions she also responds through DM and recommends personally tried and tested products. One of the brands that have been life changing for me is Dr. Loretta ( @drloretta ). My skin has never looked more youthful, smoother and healthier. Also, studies show that caring for yourself on the outside has been proven to help your emotional well-being on the inside. As my grandma would always say, “When you look good, you feel good!” Thank you for all the beauty and wellness tips and more importantly, inspiring me to glow on the inside and out Hello Beauty!
