Bisexuals are more at risk for mental health problems than our straight, lesbian, and gay peers. Whatever your baseline was before the pandemic, it’s probable that your struggles are feeling a bit worse. In this episode, Annie and Rose spoke with Dr. Mimi Hoang, a nationally-recognized, bi-affirming psychologist, educator, author, and grassroots activist specializing in the LGBTQ+ and Asian Pacific Islander (API) communities. Dr. Mimi tells us about how to deal with isolation during quarantine, finding a therapist, and supporting those experiencing racial trauma.
