    We said we’d be back in September… and here we are. Start of April... Strong start. In this very on-brand return to Help, We’re Outnumbered, we explain where we’ve been (spoiler: absolutely nowhere restful), what happened to our plans, and how two-year-old twins dropping their nap has fundamentally changed life as we know it.... From summer chaos to school runs, from “we’ve got this” to “we absolutely do not have this,” and a bonus round of illnesses thrown in for good measure — this episode is a catch-up, a reset, and a reminder that parenting rarely goes to plan… and that’s kind of the point.     This week… we’re exhausted! The twins had their second birthday party over the weekend and honestly, it's Sunday night and we're running on fumes! There were balloons, there was cake (everywhere), and way too many toddlers in one room. Safe to say, we’re outnumbered AND out of energy. So this week, we’re handing things over to the real bosses around here – the kids. That’s right, we sat down and asked them the big questions: What’s the best food? What are Mummy and Daddy bad at?  What rules SHOULD we have? Spoiler: the answers are chaotic, unfiltered, and very much kid logic. It’s short, it’s silly, and we’re not totally sure it counts as a podcast episode – but here it is anyway. Next week, we want to hear from YOU! He’s basically the Tails to Noah’s Sonic, the most likely to have a meltdown over toast, and still sneaks into our bed most nights like it’s no big deal. From navigating all the feelings to surviving on a diet that’s 90% beige, this one’s for anyone raising a sensitive little soul who knows exactly what shape their toast should be cut into – and isn’t shy about telling you.
