Win Your Own Race: F1 Lessons 70

Win Your Own Race: F1 Lessons 70

Success drives success. And losing a race that you had no real chance of winning in the first place can be demotivating. Which is why it's important to set yourself up to Win Your Own Race.

In this week's episode I talk about the importance of setting targets that motivate, whilst avoiding setting yourself up for inevitable failure. Challenging yet realistic. Achievable yet a stretch.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Drop me a line via www.paulteasdale.co.uk

Start Finish Win: F1 Lessons 69

It's fairly simple when you think about it:

"You can't win if you don't finish. And you can't finish if you don't start"

In this week's episode I discuss this simple yet powerful phrase that helps me remember to try new things, get them started, and get them over the line.

Control the Controllables: F1 Lessons 68

Carrying on from last week's episode on "Don't get bitter, get better", this week I focus on another saying that helps you achieve that very thing - "Control the controllables"
