    041: It’s Not Even a Micro-abrasion!

We're joined by Adam Newbold (aka @neatnikllc), creator of omg.lol, to discuss what went into making his service and the experience of being an indie developer. Since agreeing to our interview, he has even become a listening Hemispherean!

This month, we also launch our own Nostalgic November, inviting you to share a memory of anything from your past that brings a smile to your face, be it a movie, song, game or product—whatever! Simply send us a quick text, photo or video in one of the following ways: @HemisphericPod on Twitter with #NostalgicNovember; @HemisphericViews on Micro.blog; in our general Discord chat; or by email to hello@hemisphericviews.com. At the end of the month, we'll collect all entries into one comprehensive post on our blog to show off what is important to our listening community! To kick things off, see the nostalgic entries from Andrew, Jason and Martin on our blog.

    039: AC/DC!

Watch out world, AC/DC is on the show this week! (That's Andrew Canion and David Canion, as if you didn't already know!) On top of this, Andrew philosophises about the complicated world of email, Jason considers the meaning of 'cactus' and Martin inflicts a cruel competition on his co-hosts.

*Slight hiccup with the audio for part of the show, sorry about that. We used a backup recording to save it, so you might notice that things sounds a little different.

More grins per show than other tech podcasts

If you are a nerd (or nerd adjacent), and are tired of Apple focused tech podcasts that drone on and on about the new products from Apple, or the latest tech "kerfuffle", then check this podcast out. Three guys; two in Australia, one in America, talk about things tech, things not tech, and everything in-between. Differences between hemispheres are often discussed, adding to the mix. Well edited, never boring, nicely paced - and definitely not recorded on laptop microphones. Oh, did I mention the show notes are second to none? I have unsubscribed to most other tech podcasts - they just don't make me grin like this one, and life is too short to be bored by podcasts.

Amblin42 ,

Surprisingly enjoyable

Yeah I know, another podcast with three pretentious dudes… but actually this is nothing like that. It’s fun, light hearted and doesn’t take itself too seriously. If you’ve sworn off “dude podcasts”, give this one a try. It’s worth it.

Grepjason ,

Fun group of people!

Good group discussion about all sorts of things. Looking forward to more! Cheers!
