Spoiler alert: has Carly made multiple transitions and is a working mum, she also shares very openly how she navigated these changes whilst stretching out of her comfort zone (and therefore self-confidence!).  About Carly As an Occupational and Business Psychologist, Researcher and Associate Lecturer at Northumbria University, Carly's work aims to make working environments more human friendly, allowing people and businesses to thrive. She does this through her research, training and lecturing, business consultancy, 1:1 executive coaching and wellbeing support, and her associate work. By focusing on outcomes for the future of work, she specialises in hybrid work/work environment, behaviour change, wellbeing and performance, resilience, organisational change, and women's careers. She works with companies of all sizes, including the more commonly known Newcastle University, Amazon, Northumbrian Water, Channel 4, and Gateshead College. She has 15 years experience in the field of psychology in public and private sectors. She's a member of the British Psychological Association (BPS) and Association of Business Psychology (ABP), a registered tester (including psychometric testing) with the BPS, Associate Lecturer in HR, a PhD Researcher and entrepreneur, and a mum and wife. Currently, Carly has a few spots left to participate in her research.
