Many Nigerian women grew up with fear-based narratives about sex: Don’t get pregnant. Virginity is pride. Men will ruin your life. Today, conversations about sex are loud but rarely thoughtful. We hear banter, jokes, and half-truths but very few empathetic, clear, and educational discussions created specifically for women and girls. HER FIRST TALK is a safe, honest sex-education podcast rooted in clarity, compassion, and agency. A space where: – Young women can learn privately, without fear or judgment – Adults can unlearn shame and rebuild confidence – Mothers can access the conversations they wish they’d had earlier This is not shock content. It is informed, respectful, and necessary. A community for women at every stage of life.
