    I feel like I have struggled with being alone most of my life. from the pandemic to getting into a relationship to going away to college, there are so many new things I've learned firsthand about being and spending time alone.  in this episode, I talk about my experiences of being alone as a child and how they've grown with me into adulthood, my struggles and fears that surround spending time alone, uncomfortable feelings, and lessons I've learned that have revealed the true beauty of it. join me as we get into everyday doubts/anxieties/fears around being alone, while talking about how necessary it is in our lives.
