Loved listening to this podcast. As a male I work in an industry that has a leadership roles filled with slightly more females than males. I come across the dynamics on seeing roles managed successfully through female professionals who uniquely balance work and family…a perspective not always seen though my male counterparts..additionally working with females when assigned to international teams also provides a new cultural view of women in the workplace.
