Structure and Flow are vital to balance

I was reminded of a gem I got from Alison Armstrong years ago when I listened to the episode with Sarah Poet. Dinner prep had become a chore and a vigor drain. Alison recommended thinking of it as “create” dinner not “make” it, and have it at “6ish” not “6.” Introducing “flow” with these subtle shifts in mindset turned it back to vigor fuel. Thank you for a great podcast!
