USMNT vs Bosnia and Herzegovina: World Cup Round of 32 Preview

On today’s show, we are going to look back on the USMNT’s 3-2 loss to Türkiye and then preview their path forward in the knockout rounds starting with their Round of 32 clash against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesday. Joining me today is Ryan Tolmich. Ryan is the American Soccer Correspondent for GOAL. You can follow him on X at: @RyanTolmich We’ll start by looking into the USMNT’s last-second loss to Türkiye in their final group stage match. Does it matter? Will it impact their momentum in the tournament? Next, we’ll look at the USA’s side of the bracket now that the knockout bracket is mostly set. Do they have the draw we expected? Is it easier? More difficult? What is their projected path through the knockout rounds? We’ll break down their next match, the round of 32 game against Bosnia and Herzegovina. What are the key storylines to be watching for? What should you be watching for once the game gets underway? We’ll try and predict Mauricio Pochettino’s starting lineup. Does he make any changes versus the starting XI that he played against Paraguay in their opening match? Finally, we’ll look at Bosnia and Herzegovina. What’s important to know about them as an opponent? Here And Abroad is produced by me, Frank Garza.
