Looking back on the USMNT's 2023
It’s been just over a week since the USMNT won their two-legged Nations League quarterfinal against Trinidad & Tobago. With that win they advanced to the Nations League semifinals and also qualified for the Copa America next year.
The team won’t play again in 2023 and so I thought it would be a good time to look back on the past year and discuss some of the highlights, some of the things that went well, and some areas where we’d still like to see some improvement.
To help me talk through those things today, I’ve invited Brian Sciaretta to join the show. Brian is a writer at American Soccer Now. His work also appears in various newspapers across the country and he’s a frequent guest on Talksport & SiriusXM. You can follow Brian on X at: @BrianSciaretta

What's going on with Gio Reyna at Dortmund?
On today’s show, we are going to discuss Gio Reyna and his club situation at Borussia Dortmund. As most of you know, Gio was out injured at the start of the season. He made his way back onto the field in early October and earned his first start of the season last weekend against Eintracht Frankfurt. Unfortunately, he only lasted the first half and was subbed off at halftime.
I’ve been wanting to understand more about Gio’s limited playing time and what the future may hold for him at Dortmund.
To help me dig into that, I’ve invited Patrick Kleinmann to join the show. Patrick is an editor and Borussia Dortmund reporter at Kicker. You can follow Patrick on Twitter at: @P_Kleinmann

A Milan journalist's thoughts on Christian Pulisic & Yunus Musah
AC Milan is about one quarter of the way through their Serie A season and halfway through their group stage in the Champions League. So I thought it would be a good time to check-in on their two USMNT players, Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah, and discuss how they have been performing so far.
To help me do that, I’ve invited Enrico Boiani back on the show. Enrico lives in Milan where he’s a journalist and radio announcer for Radio Rossonera, a media platform solely dedicated to covering AC Milan. You can follow Enrico on Twitter / X at: @EnriBoiani
