Here For Me

We say, “I'm here for you” to show we care for someone, but it’s not as easy to say, “I'm here for me” to ourselves. Yet it’s one of the best forms of self-care—the kind that comes from the inside: self-awareness, self-compassion, self-respect, self-integrity. The kind that comes from finding the courage to illuminate our dark corners and do the hard, messy work to heal our wounds so we can show up for ourselves, find purpose in our lives, and navigate the path that’s meant for us.
