Like a massage for your brain

When I am looking for a podcast to listen to, this is the first one I go to. In addition to the obvious benefits (it’s like hanging with your bffs, great recommendations, funny, etc) I appreciate that Kate and Doree have been authentic with us since day one and always speak honestly and vulnerably about what is going on in their lives.

It’s a show about the things we do to take care of ourselves, and just like in real life, that it doesn’t stop at “things we put on our faces”. Whether it’s larger world events or the little things getting them down, they show up ready to discuss. Their open discussions help me process what’s going on in my own wacky brain. Like any good BFF (imaginary podcast BFF or real life) I don’t always have the exact same perspectives on world events, but that makes me love them even more! They don’t take their platform lightly and are intentional with every action.

Don’t know what I would do without you guys in my ears each week. I know it isn’t easy to keep showing up the way you do each week, but it is SO appreciated.
