    on yoga teacher training, returning to self, and sitting (albeit, anxiously) in the unknown with Shea

    Hi hi hi! This is a dang delayed publish. Fully owning my own fear-driven procrastination on this one. Nevertheless, it is a gem of an episode.  I talk with Shea--a 200hr certified yoga teacher now, such an inspiring light, and a being living her wildest truth. We talk about her journey with yoga and interpersonally, how it's become a grounding tool, a place of love-filled spiritual comfort, and a beautiful return to her intuition.     things are starting to happen again! uh oh.

    hi angels.  this episode comes hot off a mind babble of anxiety, but a very applicable one. in light of the new cdc lifting of masking restrictions, in the face of change and 'returning' (whatever that means), this question arises: how do we stay true to ourselves when there is suddenly so many other factors to compare to? people are out there, doing things, and maybe I don't want to do those things--how do I ride that wave and return to my capital S Self?  I also talk about the judgmental sun. oh, how judgy and oppressive it can feel. grab your chapstick, your water, your journal, and enjoy. all the exes and all the ohs!

    Buckle up and throw on your finest cycle-breaking wear! This is one empowering conversation. In this episode, Molly and I dive into her experiences growing up in a Catholic household, and how breaking cycles and dismantling male-dominant ideologies has freed her as a badass woman in a historically male-dominated field. We talk books, feminism, and how love as the basis for equality is the only valid societal structure (there may or may not be some capitalism-denouncing rhetoric in this one ;) ). Molly's story is that of beautiful cycle breaking and in doing so, empowering herself and generations to come.  Fan the fire that burns in you listening to this episode. So, this is my story. This is a bit of who I am, looking into the values I've held for the majority of my life vs the ones I hold now, making space for growth and my own personal, grace-filled journey. Grab a warm beverage, get cozy, and listen to a bit about me. Or grab a cold beverage. Maybe listen while walking. I'm not here to tell you what to do! Digest this how you like.
