    007. Feeling Everything

    In this episode, I’m coming to you from a place of heaviness—and honesty. The last week brought a lot of grief, fear, and anger, and I noticed myself freezing in ways I hadn’t in a long time. As someone who feels deeply, the events in the world right now hit hard, and I want to share what that’s like and how I’ve been navigating it. We slow down together, tuning into the body, the breath, and the present moment. I guide a few simple practices—placing hands on the heart and belly, breathing, rocking, and gentle movement—that help the nervous system settle and create space for feeling what’s really there.
