    The Magic of Storytelling - Fairytales, Twilight, Movies, and Rewriting Your Own Story

    In this episode, I share some of my thoughts on the power and magic of storytelling. Recently I've been reading, "Women Who Run With The Wolves", and realized that stories actually carry codes that activate parts of our psyche. I share examples from the book, and also from the movie, "Twilight", by going on a little rant about the phenomena of Team Edward VS Team Jacob, Lol. The episode ends with some thoughts on the art of rewriting your own life story, and how the way we tell the story of our lives shifts and changes with growth and inner work. I hope you enjoy!

    Following My Joy

    In this episode, I share about how my perspective on my life path has shifted.. from focusing onto career, then purpose, and now Joy. As I've been solo-traveling around the world for the past 6 months, I've asked myself many times.. what makes me happy? The answer has evolved each time, it still is.
